Today’s news:

Sharpton meets match in PBA prez Palladino

I would like to comment on the Dec. 24 TimesLedger article “City Council approves street renaming for Sean Bell.”

I am neither for nor against the renaming. I am happy about the emergence of Detectives Endowment Association President Michael Palladino.

He is the media’s, and the right’s, answer to the Rev. Al Sharpton.

Here are two people who, even though they were not at events, know about them. There has to be some divine intervention or some intervening divining. Or at least some ESP. They both know what happened, even though they were not observers.

To see the two of them debating some issues! Just think of the thrills and dangers for the audience. The lightening bolts. The flames of hell unleashed.

Oh, to dream.
