Man punched another at Home Depot: Brown

Kerwien Baptiste, 45, of 220−30 138th Ave. in Jamaica, allegedly punched the victim in the face and head at around 12:22 p.m. March 3 in front of the Home Depot at 132−20 Merrick Blvd., according to the criminal complaint.

The victim’s earring poked him in the neck during the attack, causing bleeding, the complaint said.

Baptiste was allegedly holding a tire iron and told the victim, “If I see you, I’m going to kill you,” according to the complaint.

Baptiste was arraigned last Thursday on charges of assault, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, trespass and harassment before Queens Criminal Court Judge Stephanie Zaro, who set bail at $1,500, the spokeswoman said.
