19-yr.-old hit cabinets with chairs: Brown

JAMAICA — A young man was arraigned last month on charges of causing a ruckus in his home, the Queens district attorney’s office said.

Jerome Barnett, 19, of South Road was charged with criminal mischief April 22 after he allegedly grabbed a chair and struck kitchen cabinets and a table, according to the DA’s office.

The incident took place March 23 around 12:30 p.m., the criminal complaint said.
