Punch causes man back, shoulder pain: Brown

JAMAICA — A Brooklyn man was arraigned Dec. 17 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree harassment, the Queens district attorney said.

Stanley Grayson, 48, punched Michael Albert, 52, in the chest with a closed fist, causing substantial pain to his back and shoulder, Albert told the NYPD, according to the DA.

Albert said he had to be treated at a hospital for injury caused by the assault, the DA said.
