Rockaway man tried to murder with handgun: DA

FAR ROCKAWAY — A 19-year-old Far Rockaway man was arrested on attempted murder charges after he allegedly fired at another man, the Queens district attorney said.

Keith Gulley, of 411 Beach 54th St. in Far Rockaway, was arraigned before Queens Criminal Court Judge Ira Margulis on attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges and held on $100,000 bail, Queens DA Richard Brown said.

Gulley is alleged to have fired a semi-automatic handgun at the victim several times, the DA said. Police are alleged to have found shell casings at Beach 54th Street following the incident, he said.
