Argument leads to bloody nose, bruises: DA

JACKSON HEIGHTS — A 26 year-old man was arraigned last week on charges of assaulting another person in an argument, the Queens district attorney’s office said.

Fredy Reyes-Salaza of 88th Street was charged May 10 with assault and harassment in the incident that took place a day earlier at the corner of Roosevelt Avenue and 98th Street, according to the DA’s office.

Around 6:30 p.m., Reyes-Salaza punched the 36-year-old victim in the face causing a bloody nose and a bruised head, the criminal complaint said.
