Older man made death threat with knife: Brown

RIDGEWOOD — A senior citizen was arrested last week for allegedly threatening to kill a man, the Queens district attorney’s office said.

Mario Demaria, 66, of 78th Street was arraigned on menacing and harassment charges May 11 for the incident that took place at the corner of Cooper Avenue and Valentine Place the day before, the Queens DA’s office said.

Following an argument with another man, Demaria pulled out a wooden-handled knife from his pocket, flipped it open and said, “I’m gonna ——- kill you,” the criminal complaint said.
