Drunk driver collided with boro house: Brown

QUEENS VILLAGE — A Harlem driver was arrested last week after he struck a Queens house while driving under the influence of alcohol, the Queens district attorney’s office said.

Hector Julio Pierson, 34, of Amsterdam Avenue, was arraigned May 10 on reckless endangerment, DUI and other charges for the incident that took place near 221st Street and 91st Road earlier that day, according to the DA’s office.

Pierson drove his 1993 Mercury Villager into a house at the location while he was having a fight with his wife in the car, around 12:30 a.m., the criminal complaint said. The driver allegedly told police that he had drunk a bottle of Jack Daniels before getting behind the wheel, according to the complaint.
