ST. ALBANS — A 28-year-old St. Albans woman was arrested after she allegedly threw bleach in a man’s face, the Queens district attorney said.
Laronda Malachi, of 115-70 203rd St. in St. Albans, was arraigned June 3 before Queens Criminal Court Judge Lenora Gerald on harassment and assault charges and released on her own recognizance, Queens DA Richard Brown said.
The defendant will return to court July 20.
On June 3, Malachi is alleged to have thrown bleach into the face of a 30-year-old acquaintance during a dispute, causing substantial pain and redness to his face, the DA said.
