ST. ALBANS — A St. Albans man was charged with assault and harassment after he allegedly punched a man in the face, Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said.
James Robinson, 32, of 106-10 Ruscoe St. in St. Albans, allegedly punched the man in front of his home June 14 at around 11:30, according to the criminal complaint.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for bruising, swelling, substantial pain and a laceration under his left eye, the complaint said.
Robinson was arraigned on assault and harassment June 15 before Queens Criminal Court Judge Ira Margulis, who set bail at $1,000, a spokeswoman for Brown said.
