Woman assaults man with kick to his groin: Brown

JAMAICA — A Jamaica woman was arraigned on assault and harassment charges after she allegedly kicked a man in the groin following an argument, a spokeswoman for Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said.

Sandy Garcia-Sarceno, 21, of 106-14 Inwood St. in Jamaica, was released on her own recognizance after being arraigned on assault and harassment charges July 24 before Queens Criminal Court Judge William Harrington, the spokeswoman said.

Garcia-Sarceno allegedly got into a verbal dispute with the victim between 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. July 20 in a Jamaica apartment when she kicked him in the groin, according to the criminal complaint.
