HOWARD BEACH — Police were looking for an elderly man with Alzheimer’s disease who was last seen on 89th Street in Howard Beach.
Police and the Alzheimer’s Association Safe Return Program said Giuseppe Russo, 72, known as Joseph, is about 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs about 200 pounds, has brown eyes and short gray hair and speaks only Italian. He was last seen leaving his residence at 160-32 89th St. around 4 p.m. Nov. 4.
Russo was wearing gray sweatpants, a quilted blue-gray hooded sweatshirt and a green vest and sneakers.
