Man mugged on his way home from Queensboro

BAYSIDE — Police are searching for four unidentified black males who robbed a man as he walked home from Queensborough Community College.

The robbery victim was walking in the vicinity of 223rd Street and 56th Road at about 1:30 p.m. Nov. 22 when the four men approached him and demanded money. He said he did not have any money so one of the suspects pulled his hood over his head and stole his iPhone from his hand.

The perpetrators then fled southbound on 223rd Street on foot. Police searched for the men but were unable to locate them.
