Jamaica man harassed woman with gun: Brown

JAMAICA — A Jamaica man was charged with pulling out a gun and threatening to shoot up a neighborhood woman’s home, a spokeswoman for Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said.

Neil Stephens, 29, of 126 145th St., allegedly threatened a homeowner on Rockaway Boulevard at around 2:40 p.m. Jan. 19, according to the criminal complaint.

Stephens allegedly displayed a black gun and told the homeowner, “I’m going to shoot your house up.”

Stephens was arraigned Jan. 20 before Queens Criminal Court Judge Stephanie Zaro on menacing and harassing charges, the spokeswoman said. He was released on his own recognizance.
