An open letter to Hillcrest High School Principal Stephen Duch:
I want to extend my gratitude for hosting 25 educators from my school district to see an exemplary smaller learning community site in action. You have surrounded yourself with great instructional leaders and provided practical, real-world experiences that our staff can use in their buildings.
Your hard work to create an environment that promotes increased student achievement and personalization was evident. I commend you for continuing to spark the fire in your teachers through professional growth experiences and wish you the best of luck in your academic success.
