TimesLedger offers paid summer internship

TimesLedger Newspapers is one of many publications in the state eligible to take on a paid summer intern through a program from the New York Press Association.

The internship is paid through the NYPA Foundation, but college journalism students interested in the eight-week program should apply directly to the TimesLedger Newspapers, 41-02 Bell Blvd., Bayside, NY 11361.

Students who are accepted into the program will earn a net stipend of $1,500. To download the application form, go to nynewspapers.com/system/files/NEWSummerInternshipApp.pdf.

The deadline for applications is March 1.
