Church attendees robbed by masked man: Police

FOREST HILLS — The NYPD was searching for a man who robbed four parishioners of Grace Lutheran Church at gunpoint Monday, police said.

The masked man entered the church at 103-15 Union Turnpike at around 7 p.m., brandished a silver handgun and demanded cash from four men who were attending a meeting, police said.

The men handed over their wallets and the masked man fled the scene in a Nissan Maxima, police said.
