From Cantonese cuisine to fare from Wolfgang Puck, the developer of the Aqueduct racino announced the numerous food options that will be available at the Ozone Park track.

The development, which will have 4,500 video lottery terminals and is expected to partially open in late summer, will feature two signature restaurants, an international buffet, food court and “grab-and-go” stops, Resorts World Casino New York said Monday.

The two high-end restaurants are Genting Palace, which will serve authentic, fine-dining Cantonese cuisine by veteran Hong Kong chefs; and RW Prime, which will specialize in prime steaks, fresh seafood and other gourmet offerings.

The restaurants will each have a capacity of 200 people and have private dining rooms available for large parties.

“We want to give our customers a full-fledged experience,” said Mike Speller, president of Resorts World Casino New York. “Included in that experience will be state-of-the-art gaming, exciting entertainment and a wide variety of dining options that will appeal to all tastes.”

Besides the two restaurants, the racino will also have a 450-seat international buffet, which is expected to be the primary dining outlet of choice during the casino’s peak hours.

The racino will have a food court comprised of Stage Deli; Wolfgang Puck Express, whose dozens of locations include John F. Kennedy International Airport; Queens Burgers; Good Friends Noodle House; Cups n’ Cones, which will also serve Starbucks coffee; and Fiesta, which will serve Latin and Mexican food.

Resorts World Casino New York will also have what it calls two “grab-and-go” food stops — Midtown Express and Uptown Express — where patrons can purchase food in a pinch.

The racino is slated to open in late summer with 2,500 of the scheduled 4,500 VLTs operational, three months earlier than originally expected.

The project is expected to employ more than 900 permanent workers in the entertainment, hospitality, security and food-service fields and generate $300 million a year in revenue for the state.
