ELMHURST — A Manhattan man was arrested two weeks ago for allegedly assaulting a man outside a TD Bank, the DA said..

Joseph Ramos, 25, of East 123rd St., was arraigned April 21 on assault, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment charges, the Queens district attorney’s office said.

A day before Ramos was arrested, a man who was sweeping dust off the front of the branch, at 78-01 Queens Blvd., accidentally hit the rear bumper of Ramos’ vehicle, the criminal complaint said. Ramos allegedly got out of the car and punched the man in the face, according to the criminal complaint.
