SOUTH JAMAICA — An alleged South Jamaica cat burglar did not even spare his victim’s pet turtle, police said.
David Ferguson, 43, of 119-19 147th St., stole a television, global positioning device and a pair of shoes along with the reptile the morning of June 19, documents from the Queens district attorney said.
The victim said he left and locked his room, at the same South Jamaica address, at about 6 a.m.
When he returned 3 1/2 hours later, he saw Ferguson leaving the room, which was missing the items mentioned, the documents said.
Ferguson admitted to police that he was leaving the room, the documents said.
