Rich Hill teen steals condoms from store: DA

TimesLedger Newspapers

RICHMOND HILL — A teen boy was arrested last week for trying to steal some condoms from a drugstore, the Queens district attorney’s office said.

Ryan Boodhoo, 17, of 102nd Street, was released on a conditional discharge after his arraignment on petit larceny Oct. 17, the DA’s office said.

Around 8:30 p.m. the night before, Boodhoo went into a CVS store at Liberty Avenue and 97th Street and removed condoms from a box from the store shelves and put them into his pocket, the criminal complaint said.

A security guard caught him as he tried to allegedly leave the store without paying for the merchandise, according to the complaint.
