KEW GARDENS — A key witness cast doubts on whether the graffiti plastered on an overpass above the Clearview Expressway was done by an ex-cop from Flushing, the New York Post reported.
An expert witness said there was no way to tell whether the “Neo” tag that was painted was done by Steven Weinberg, a former officer who also happens to be one of the most prolific graffiti vandals of the 1980s, or just someone else impersonating or honoring him, according to the Post.
