Teen son pawned mom’s wedding ring: Police

FLUSHING — A teenager stole his mother’s wedding ring and pawned it for $2,500, police said.

In an investigation that recently concluded, police said a woman who lives on Smart Street reported her wedding ring stolen Dec. 15.

On March 7, 18-year-old Anthony Andres was arrested and charged with theft and possession of stolen property, police said.
