Police seek help in finding missing teen

SOUTH JAMAICA — Police have asked the community’s help in finding a 15-year-old girl who went missing from her home in January.

Jassmyn Carr, of Merrick Boulevard and 108th Avenue, is black, 5-foot-8 and 175 pounds, police said. She has black hair, brown eyes, a medium build and a dark complexion, police said.

Those with information should contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-577-TIPS, visiting nypdcrimestoppers.com or texting 274637 and then entering TIP577.
