REGO PARK — Two brothers were arrested on New Year’s Day for allegedly beating and stabbing a man following an early morning argument, the Queens district attorney’s office said.

Michael Vizanino, 22, and his older brother, John, 24, both of 63rd Road and 98th Place, were arraigned on several criminal counts Jan. 4, including assault and criminal possession of a weapon, according to the DA’s office.

Around 3 a.m. Jan. 1, the siblings were outside their home and arguing with two females, the criminal complaint said. They then attacked another man who was with the women and stabbed him, according to the complaint.

Parts of the incident were captured by a nearby surveillance camera, according to the complaint. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for a punctured lung, the complaint said.
