Two teenagers robbed woman of iPhone: Cops

SUNNYSIDE — Police were looking for two teenagers suspected of stealing an iPhone from a young woman in Sunnyside.

The woman was walking home, around 50th Street and 43rd Avenue, May 11 at around 6:58 p.m. when the teens came upon her from behind, police said. The young men then grabbed her neck and took her iPhone before pushing her to the ground and running away, police said.

The woman’s shoulder and neck sustained minor injuries in the attack, police said.

The young men were described as around 15 to 20 years old, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds.
