Two people missing from Jamaica Estates home

JAMAICA ESTATES — The NYPD was looking for help locating two people who went missing within the confines of the 107th Precinct, police said.

According to police, Mpepupa Moelets, 38, and Matseliso Moeletsi, 5, were last seen last Thursday around 4 p.m. in front of their house, at 85-85 Chevy Chase St., before being reported missing.

Mpepupa Moeletsi was described as a 5-foot-8 black woman weighing roughly 140 pounds with long black hair and black eyes, police said.

Matseliso Moeletsi was described as a 3-foot black girl weighing roughly 45 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.

The NYPD asks that anyone with information in regards to this case call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit tips by logging on to the Crime Stoppers website at nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to 274637 and then entering TIP577.
