Two wanted in shooting of victim, 35: Police

QUEENSBRIDGE — The NYPD was looking for help in finding and identifying several individuals wanted in connection to an assault within the 114th Precinct, police said.

According to police, a black man and woman approached a 35-year-old man around 7 p.m. last Thursday in front of 40-05 Vernon Blvd. near Queensbridge Park, when the male suspect shot the victim in the right leg. The two suspects fled in a dark SUV on 10th Street, police said.

Police described the male suspect as wearing a dark cap, dark T-shirt and dark jeans. The female was wearing a multi-colored dress and was wanted for questioning, police said.
