FOREST HILLS — A thug wanted for sexual abuse, rape and robbery in three Forest Hills incidents has reportedly struck again, according to police.

Cops say the suspect, Ibrahima Ragis, 20, attempted to rape a 20-year-old female after she fought off another would-be attacker with a shopping cart.

The victim was walking in front of 97-11 Horace Harding Expressway on June 22 at 2:30 a.m. when an unidentified black male walked up behind her and sexually abused her.

After she fought back and that suspect fled, Ragis allegedly ran up behind the victim, threw her to the ground and attempted to rape her. The victim fought back and Ragis fled.

Ragis is described as a black male standing at 5-foot-5 and weighing 160 pounds. The unidentified suspect is a black male between the ages of 18 and 20, standing at 5-foot-9 and weighing 150 pounds. He was wearing only dark blue basketball shorts during the attack, cops said.
