Police look for suspect in five Queens robberies

JAMAICA — The New York Police Department was looking for help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with five robberies in Queens, police said.

According to police, the suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money of his victims in all of the incidents.

The suspect was described as a black male around 6 feet and 170 pounds, police said.

Police said the first of five incidents occurred July 3 around 2:50 p.m. in front of 110-02 Guy Brewer Blvd. The second was inside the Howard Johnson, at 153-95 Rockaway Blvd., July 9 around 10:15 p.m.

The third incident, police said, occurred at a Subway, at 252-18 Rockaway Blvd., July 10 around 11:45 p.m. The fourth incident was inside the Cambria Car Wash, at 208-16 Linden Blvd., July 15 around 6:10 p.m., police said.

Police said the fifth incident happened inside the C-Town, at 195-09 Jamaica Ave., July 17 around 1:30 p.m.
