Police searching for missing boro woman, 70

RICHMOND HILL — The NYPD was asking for the public’s help in locating a missing elderly woman from Richmond Hill.

Police said 70-year-old Phinelie Jean-Francois was last seen at her home, at 84-10 101st St., Aug. 25 around 1 p.m.

She stands 5 feet 1 inch tall with brown eyes and black hair and weighs 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red short-sleeved shirt, a blue denim skirt and black slippers.

Anyone with information in regards to this missing person is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging on to the Crime Stoppers website at nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577. All call are strictly confidential.
