Police looking for robber of Qns. Vil. bank

QUEENS VILLAGE — Police were looking for a man suspected of attempting to rob the Community Federal Savings Bank last Thursday, the Breaking News Network said.

According to BNN, the man passed a note to a teller at the 216-24 Jamaica Ave. location, but no currency was removed.

The suspect was described as a black male standing 6 feet 3 inches and wearing a green shirt and blue jeans, BNN said.
