Police find the body of snorkeler off Breezy Pt.

BREEZY POINT — Police pulled the body of a Staten Island man out of the water Tuesday who they said had disappeared while snorkeling.

A witness called 911 around 3:15 p.m. Sept. 14 and said a man had gone snorkeling near Rockaway Point Boulevard and Beach 227th Street, the police said.

Police said the victim was identified by his family as 29-year-old Yevgeniy Glebov, of Riga Street.

The medical examiner was still working to determine the cause of death and the investigation was ongoing.
