Bell Blvd filled with deals during sidewalk sale

Businesses along Bell Boulevard set up tables outside to offer specials and samples during the Bayside Village’s sidewalk sale, and three more events are scheduled this year. Money from the raffle at Supercuts was to be donated to breast cancer research.
