Woman dies naturally on flight into JFK: PA

JAMAICA — A woman died while aboard a flight landing at John F. Kennedy International Airport Sunday, a spokesman for the Port Authority said.

According to the Port Authority, a 64-year-old woman died while flying with Korean Airlines into New York on Sunday morning. Officials said she died from natural causes, most likely a heart attack. The plane was traveling from Seoul, South Korea.

Emergency responders arrived at the airport in the late morning Sunday to assist the woman upon the plane’s landing, but could not revive her, the Port Authority said.
