NYPD seeks public help in finding Maspeth man

MASPETH — A Maspeth man went missing Saturday, and the NYPD is asking the public to help locate him.

Jose Hernandez, 36, was last seen leaving his 67th Street home at about 2 p.m. Oct. 13, wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers with white stripes, according to police.

Hernandez is described as a Hispanic man about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds.

Those with information should contact NYPD’s Crimestoppers by calling 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), visiting its website at nypdcrimestoppers.com or texting 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577.
