Teen missing from Astoria: NYPD

ASTORIA — The NYPD was asking for the public’s help in locating an Astoria teenager missing since Oct. 22.

Police said 16-year-old Victoria Erklavec was last seen at her home on 12th Street around 5:45 p.m.

She is described as approximately 5 feet, 3 inches tall weighing 140 pounds with red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with holes and a flower pattern, grey tights, a sweater and a Hello Kitty backpack.

Anyone with information in regards to this missing person is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577.
