Officers charged with DWI in 112th and 114th

ASTORIA — Two off-duty police officers were recently arrested and charged with DWI on separate occasions, police said.

On Monday at 3 a.m. off-duty police officer Ismile Althaibani, 29, was arrested in Astoria on DWI charges after he allgedly refused to take a Breathalyzer test, according to the NYPD

In a separate incident on Saturday, police said off-duty officer Felix Recio, 32, was arrested in Forest Hills on a DWI charge.
