Man robbed Home Depot, threatened worker: Cops (with video of suspect)

FLUSHING — Cops were looking for a man who pulled a gun on a Home Depot employee and then took off with some of the store’s merchandise.

Police said the suspect, described as a bald black man about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, walked into the home supply store on Avery Avenue just after 11 a.m. Nov. 17 and started picking merchandise from the shelves before making his way out without paying.

When he was confronted by a store employee, the suspect pulled out a gun and then took off, police said.
