Cops seek missing woman from pharmacy

FLUSHING — The NYPD was asking for the public’s assistance in locating a woman who disappeared last week.

According to police, Yana Aliaksandrovna Aksinevich, 23, was last scene at a pharmacy, at 1231 Madison Ave. in Manhattan at around 10 p.m. Dec. 18.

Police described the missing woman as a white woman, standing at 5-foot-7 and weighing 130 pounds with a medium build and black hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, black cowboy boots and a black leather jacket.

Anyone with information in regards to this missing person was asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging on to the Crime Stoppers website at nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577.
