KEW GARDENS — An alleged member of the Gambino crime family is facing charges of molesting an underage girl, the New York Post reported.

Robert “Bobby Werner” Wehnert was charged with sexual abuse in connection with molesting a child less than 11 years old, the Post reported, after authorities alleged he kissed and fondled the daughter of a friend over a period of five years.

Wehnert was released on $25,000 bail, the Post reported, and was out on bail at the time of his arrest for unrelated charges of racketeering he is facing in Brooklyn Federal Court, where prosecutors described him as a member of the crime family.
