OZONE PARK — Police were calling on the public to help nab a trio of suspected cellphone thieves who sneaked into a Verizon Wireless store through a back window earlier this month, the NYPD said.

On March 7, three men gained access to the cellphone and gadget store, at 107-12 Cross Bay Blvd., at around 5:30 p.m. and removed numerous phones, laptops and an undetermined amount of cash, according to police.

One of the suspects is described as a Hispanic male standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds, cops said. He was last seen wearing a sweatshirt and blue jeans, according to police.

Those with information should contact NYPD’s Crimestoppers by calling 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), visiting its website at nypdcrimestoppers.com or texting 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577.
