FOREST HILLS — The New York Police Department was looking for help identifying suspects wanted in connection with a robbery pattern within the 112th Precinct, police said.

According to police, several black teenagers about 16 or 17 years old and wearing dark clothing would approach victims from behind and forcibly remove their cell phones on several different occasions.

Police said seven incidents that occurred from Dec. 20 to Jan. 2 involved mostly female victims between 28 and 54 years old and one 42-year-old man within the 112th Precinct.
