Two men sought in Sunnyside robbery

SUNNYSIDE — The New York Police Department was looking for help locating two suspects wanted in connection with armed robbery within the 108th Precinct, police said.

According to police, the two male suspects entered 21-54 45th Ave., where seven people were inside, and displayed a firearm before demanding property and fleeing with cash, jewelry and cell phones.

There were no injuries reported, police said.

Police described one suspect as a black man between 45 and 50 years old, weighing 160 pounds and last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, a gray knit hat and eye glasses.

The second suspect, police said, was a black male between 27 and 33 years old, weighing 230 and 250 pounds and last seen wearing blue jeans and a black jacket.
