The MTA returns to Queens starting Monday night for a four-night session of maintenance that will disrupt service on the E, F, M and R lines.

The MTA’s Fastrack repair service will run from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., ending Friday.

During overnight hours there will be no E trains between Roosevelt Avenue and the World Trade Center, and no F service from Roosevelt Avenue and 21st Street/Queensbridge. M and R service also ends early each night this week.

Alternatives:

• No. 7 between Manhattan and 74th Street/Roosevelt Avenue or Queensboro Plaza.

• R train between Manhattan and Queensboro Plaza.

In Manhattan transfer at 5th Avenue/42nd Street-Bryant Park for No. 7, Times Square-42nd Street/Port Authority for No. 7 or A, and 34th Street/Herald square for the F or N.

In Manhattan along 8th Avenue take the A local instead of the E.

Free shuttle buses run local between Queensboro Plaza and 74th Street/Roosevelt Avenue, making station stops at Queens Plaza, 36th/Steinway streets, 45th Street, Northern Boulevard and 65th Street.

In Queens, transfer between free shuttle buses and trains at 74th Street/Roosevelt Avenue for the No. 7, E or F or Queensboro Plaza.

The previous Fastrack visit to the Queens Boulevard line was in March when workers scraped and cleaned 14,600 linear feet of track, replaced 272 tie blocks, inspected 31,730 feet of third rail, serviced 13 signals, repaired or replaced 315 linear feet of handrail, cleared 1,550 linear feet of track drain, performed maintenance at three pump rooms and sealed 55 leaks.
