Police arrested a man who allegedly stabbed and killed his ex-girlfriend in her Woodside home Tuesday evening, the authorities and witnesses said.

Pedro Sanchez, 38, was charged Wednesday afternoon with murder, criminal possession of a weapon, tampering with evidence and resisting arrest, according to the NYPD. Sanchez had been taken into custody after cops responded to a 911 call at 32-48 55th St. at about 5:30 p.m., police said.

Officers arrived to find 32-year-old Katherine Seeber dead inside with multiple stab wounds to her torso, according to the NYPD.

Neighbors who witnessed the aftermath said the attack occurred inside the woman’s home, but the man then got into a fight with the victim’s friend outside the white duplex.

“She said, ‘You killed my friend! You killed my friend!’” a witness told TimesLedger Newspapers.

The man then threw the woman on the ground and attempted to hop into a waiting car, but she dragged him out as the two continued to brawl, the witness said.

Eventually the man fled on foot but was soon arrested by NYPD offices, police said.

The victim had only moved into the house days beforehand, according to neighbors.

The suspect had been arrested more than 25 times, the New York Post reported, and charged for offenses including attempted murder, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.

The man also has a domestic violence history with another woman, sources added.
