Top Cop kicks off cricket

Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly tossed the coin to kick off the 2013 event at Flushing Meadows Corona Park June 27, which he said will contribute to building stronger relationships between the community and law enforcement. This year more than 100 youngsters aged 14-19 will compete on 12 teams for the title.
