Kidnapped baby boy from boro found by police

ROCKAWAYS — A Rockaway Beach woman was arrested and charged with Custodial Interference after she allegedly kidnapped her son this week.

On July 16 at 3:03 p.m., Marina Lopez, 25, took her 7-month-old son, Mario Danner, from a child services facility in Manhattan during a supervised visit. The woman does not have custody of the boy.

Both mother and child were found and determined to be in good condition. The child was brought to a hospital for precautionary reasons and Lopez is in police custody.
