SOUTH OZONE PARK — Authorities said two city workers were arrested in two separate domestic dispute cases earlier this week and charged with choking their partners.

Napoleon Robinson, an employee of the city Sanitation Department, was arrested on charges of choking his female domestic partner outside their South Ozone Park home around midnight Aug. 13, District Attorney Richard Brown said.

In a separate incident, Firefighter Steven Clarke, of Far Rockaway, was arrested and charged with choking his domestic partner, Brown said.
