Cops searching for Halloween shoot suspect [With Video]

JAMAICA — Police were looking for a gunman they say allegedly shot a 21-year-old outside an apartment building behind the Queens Supreme Civil Court house on Halloween.

The NYPD released a video showing the suspect — dressed in a black baseball hat, a black jacket and red scarf — as he approaches his victim with gun drawn around 7 p.m. Oct. 31 in front of 88-09 148 St.

Police say the victim, a 21-year-old man, was hit three times in the left torso and taken to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition.
